ssstiktube respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar copyright laws around the world. This policy explains how copyright owners can report material they believe infringes their rights, and how our notice-and-takedown process works.

We Do Not Host TikTok Content

It is important to understand how our Service works. ssstiktube is a tool that retrieves publicly available files from TikTok at the request of a user. We do not upload, host, store or maintain a library of TikTok videos, audio or images on our servers. The content you download is delivered directly from its source and is not kept by us. Because we do not store this content, there is generally nothing for us to "remove" in the traditional sense.

Nevertheless, we take copyright seriously. If you are a rights holder and you believe our Service is facilitating access to your work in a way that infringes your rights, we want to hear from you and will respond promptly.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated contact. To be effective, your notice must include the following information, as required by the DMCA:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was misidentified or removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. An effective counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the material in question, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We will review valid counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to limit access to or terminate the use of the Service by users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Good-Faith Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, you may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a notice.
